for providing access to the online service and the purchase of credit packages

hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", to enter into an agreement on the following terms.

1. Terms

1.1. Service — the online platform "Linguics", available at the following addresses:

• https://www.linguics.pro
• https://app.linguics.pro

1.2. Landing page — the website https://www.linguics.pro, containing the description of services, credit packages, and their prices.

1.3. Application — the web interface of the Service, located at https://app.linguics.pro, through which access to functionality is provided.

1.4. User — an individual who has accepted the terms of this Offer.

1.5. Credits — an internal notional unit used to measure the volume of AI features available to the User after payment. Credits are not money, electronic money, or an independent object of civil turnover.

1.6. Credit package — a fixed number of credits established by the Service Provider and purchased by the User for a one-time payment.

1.7. Acceptance — registration in the Service and/or payment for the selected credit package.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Service Provider grants the User access to the functionality of the online service for learning foreign languages using auto-generated flashcards, as well as the ability to use paid AI features of the Service by spending credits from the User's internal balance.

2.2. Access is provided via the Internet.

2.3. The service is considered provided from the moment access to the Service functionality is granted to the User and/or the purchased credits are credited to the User's internal balance after payment confirmation.

2.4. The Service is a digital product and is provided without a physical medium.

2.5. Credits may only be used within the Service to access certain AI features and do not grant the User any property rights outside the use of the Service.

3. Registration and payment procedure

3.1. To obtain access, the User must complete registration in the Application.

3.2. Service prices are listed on the page: https://www.linguics.pro/en#pricing.

3.3. The User independently selects a credit package and pays for it as a one-time payment.

3.4. Payments are processed via the Robokassa payment aggregator.

3.5. The Service Provider does not store users' bank card data.

3.6. After payment confirmation, the corresponding number of credits is credited to the User's internal balance in the Service.

3.7. Under this Offer, subscriptions, auto-renewal, and recurring charges do not apply unless expressly stated otherwise on a separate payment page.

3.8. Credits are tracked only within the User's account, may not be transferred to third parties, and may not be exchanged for money except in refund cases expressly provided for by this Offer.

3.9. By clicking the payment button, the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

4. Refunds

4.1. The User may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the payment date.

4.2. Refunds are possible provided that, at the time of the request, the User has used no more than 10% of the credits credited under the relevant paid package.

4.3. If more than 10% of the credits from the relevant package have been used, the Service Provider may refuse a refund because the service is considered substantially delivered.

4.4. If a paid credit package was not credited due to a technical issue, the Service Provider shall, upon the User's request, either correct the balance or issue a refund.

4.5. Refunds are made using the same payment method and within 10 (ten) business days from the date the refund decision is made.

4.6. To request a refund, the User sends an email to linguics.pro@gmail.com, including:

• the email address used during registration;
• payment date and amount;
• the payment number or identifier, if available;
• reason for the request.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Service Provider may:

• change the Service functionality;
• change the composition, pricing, and availability of credit packages;
• change the credit cost of individual AI features;
• suspend access in case of terms violation.

The User undertakes to:

• not transfer access to third parties;
• not transfer or assign credits to third parties;
• not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• provide accurate data during registration.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

6.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

6.3. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party actions or technical failures beyond its control.

7. Personal data

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://www.linguics.pro/en/privacy.

8. Applicable law

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Offer enters into force from the date of publication.

9.2. The Service Provider may amend the Offer terms without prior notice.

9.3. The current version is always published on the website.

Acceptance of the Offer

By using the Service, registering in it, or making a payment, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Offer without reservations or exceptions.

Acceptance of this Offer is registration in the Service and/or payment for the selected credit package.
